Locksmith and Door Hardware Manager-Remote
Job DescriptionJob DescriptionFull time and Part time positions available.
We have an immediate opening for an experienced Locksmithing Professional.
Seeking an individual with door hardware, locksmith and warehouse experience.
We specialize in commercial and architectural door hardware, both mechanical and electrical.
Duties include working with our vast customer base, answering specific locksmith related questions regarding keying, cylinders, and door hardware compatibility with basic door hardware knowledge.
Familiarity with the big door hardware brands like LCN, Von Duprin, Sargent, Yale, Corbin Russwin is a plus.
This is an in-office role, located in Hamden CT near CT Transit on State Street.
Responsibilities:
Support internal team with technical locksmithing knowledge Work closely with customers Project Management and problem solving Functions include minor warehouse and shipping responsibilities Answer inbound telephone calls Perform all other office and warehouse related tasks
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years locksmithing experience Hands on door repair and door hardware installation assist is reviewing door hardware shipments from our warehouse Good Excel and Word skills are required Ability to prioritize and multitask Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail Strong organizational skills Company DescriptionOrchard Lock has a small company atmosphere, great culture, recognized industry brand.
